Our 37 week season kicks off March 18, 2025 and runs through November 23, 2025.

We'll text you each week before we harvest, and you'll have until that week's cutoff time (11pm Sunday) to add extras or modify your order.

If you go on vacation during pickup week you are welcome to have a friend or neighbor pick up in your absence. Unfortunately we cannot extend the season for absences. If you travel a lot, consider splitting a share with a friend, family member or neighbor. Nine times out of ten we are able to offer alternative pickup dates when our seasonal farm stand is open.

Each box changes with the season, but you can look forward to an organic abundance of 100+ varieties grown organically here on the farm.

Spring Roots and Greens Program - Salad Greens (spring mix, arugula, zesty mix), Cooking Greens (chard, kale, collards, Asian greens), scallions, carrots, beets, radishes, turnips, sprouting broccoli, lettuce, spinach

Summer Bounty Program - tomatoes, eggplant, cucumber, peppers, potatoes, beans, garlic, cabbage.

Fall Harvest Program - all of the above plus winter squash (butternut, pumpkin, delicata).

By purchasing a share in the Shenandoah Seasonal CSA program, members accept the terms of our membership agreement: Members of the CSA will receive a weekly share of produce, varying in size depending on the time of season.  One aspect of CSA is that members support their farmer by sharing in the inherent risks of agriculture (poor weather, drought, crop failure, etc.) and the rewards (organic, exceptionally fresh vegetables, the bounty of a good season, etc.) involved in farming.CSA farmers purposely plan for such contingencies; the farmers use growing techniques that protect the harvest to minimize the risk and optimize the rewards. On the whole, members will get a wide variety of vegetables in plentiful amounts. You understand this principle and agree that there is no guarantee on the exact amount or type of produce you will receive in each share.

By becoming a member, you agree to support the farm with timely payments. You commit to picking up your share(s) weekly and understand that if you, or someone you designate, is unable to pick up your share(s), they cannot be saved. You understand that your contribution as a member is utilized as seed and spring start up funds for the farmers and therefore your CSA membership fee is nonrefundable.
